Conny Carrot - Quest for Revenge is a cute jump'n'run game by Simon Parzer made with Allegro and DUMB in about 8 days!
As the author says (and I agree): it's worth playing.

Allegro PSP WIP

Good news about Allegro PSP,
The library is almost totally ported to the PSP console. The latest additions are:
  • Support for 8 bpp mode. The PSP don't support natively this mode. To implement this color depth we set the Allegro screen bitmap like a palettized texture outside the PSP display and, for every draw primitive executed onto it, a texture mapping onto the PSP display is made. • The 15, 16 [...]

Humphrey Remake ported to the PSP

Some months ago I discovered this excellent remake of one of my all time favourite games: Humphrey by Zigurat / Made in Spain.
The author is Ignacio Pérez Gil: http://retrospec.sgn.net/users/ignacio/humpi.htm

It was the main reason for converting the Allegro library to the PSP and here is the result after some hard work Rebotado

Humphrey has cute graphics, is very addictive and is a charming experience. It's very difficult too but Ignacio added an easy game mode for the softcore players Vacilando.

Commodore Amiga nostalgia: Columns by diedel

Today I proudly present my first (and the only) videogame creation Divertido RollEyes

My home made version of the popular Columns game programmed with Amiga Basic 1.2. Yeah! The included in the Amiga Extras 1.3 disk.
It was developed and released in february 1994 when I just began my Computer science studies in the FIB (Facultat Informàtica de Barcelona).
I remember my sister totally addicted at it, I'm not joking... RollEyes

So if you feel bored and you like the oddities launch WinUAE and insert AmigaBASIC_Columns.adf, you'll not regret.
